Reshaping EFF Leadership

After the High Council has been reformed, it became more and more obvious that the Council needed a reshape too. Due to a lack of time former pillars of EFF have gone inactive. The councillors Vegeta, Shadzy and ripchen stepped down. In order to reform the council BBB and Sreigor joined the leaders. In addition to that a new system was created, allowing members to share their opinion about the leaders and discuss with them. There were of course also changes in the Predator Department. Wrath, Vioz and Greed stepped down from their position.

Department Leadership

In order to improve the organization of every department and to reduce the number of tasks for the leaders the position 'Job leader' was created. Those persons are in charge of the corresponding department and are responsible for organizing its recruiting further job-members.

More fresh blood for the Council

The changes didn't stop after the first Council and Predator updates. Vulcan and even BBB, the recently joined councilor, had to retire due to inactivity. Fortunately, they could be replaced by two other loyal members of EFF Vioz and R4chet.

EFF-Happenings

Independent of the changes in the upper sections of the clan the eff community successfully started to organize several kinds of long term events. Such as 'Week of the Guns' and 'Week of the No-Clip'. Most important was of course the third Activity-Challenge EFF has ever done. This challenge was beaten by the members of EFF in a very impressive way!

Reformation of the roster

The roster has been reorganized. Inactive Players who were loyal to EFF-clan and contributed to our community, received the 'Honorary Member Status'. This way their great efforts as Elite Fighters of the Force in the past were acknowledged. Now people who had a great impact on EFF-Clan can still be seen on the roster. Those who were not that lucky had to take a retest, if they wanted to keep their ranks.

New leadership

Due to the inactivity in the C team and step down of Chrono, there was a need for a new Councilors. Two new Councilors were elected, also the High Councilor rank was disbanded and new rank was made called Honorary Councilor and it got a new member on it.

Changes in the clan

With the leavings of the 2 Councilors Jazz and Vioz + the inactivity that rose too much and some jobs went into true mess, there was a need for a serious change. Changes that occurred were the Department system is back, new Councilors are elected to lead the new / old departments.

ZenEdar decided to step down from Council position and all clan jobs, due of his own reasons.

After the meeting our councillors decided: set High Councillor rank as temporary, so new HC will change every 3 months.
Honorary Councillor ranks was changed. Elders admin rank was removed. Morabis became new councillor of Administration Department, and few more changes you can read in the topic below.

After some leading role members due to a lack of time and RL issues have gone inactive, Council and Predator Division needed changes. Councillor PorPramuk, and Predator Arceus had to step down. After those retirements Council had to do some changes related to departments.
